What Are The Benefits of King Fahd University Scholarships
The scholarship provides:
- Complete tuition fee coverage.
- A monthly stipend to cover living expenses.
- Furnished air-conditioned bachelor housing provided free of charge.
- Essential medical care.
- Free textbooks.
- Subsidized meals in the university cafeteria.
- Opportunity to participate in research and book writing projects funded by the university, alongside the university faculty.
- A prepaid airfare ticket for initial travel to Dammam at the beginning of the contract, and a return ticket upon completion of the degree (for RA and Lecturers-B).

King Fahd University Scholarships Eligibility
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
For Master’s programs:
- A four-year Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum Grade-Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 or higher on a scale of 4.00 or its equivalent.
- A GPA of 3.00 or higher specifically in the major field of study.
For PhD Programs:
- Completion of an M.S. degree (following a four-year B.S. degree).
- A minimum GPA of 3.00 on a scale of 4.00 or its equivalent in both the B.S. and M.S. degrees.
For MBA:
- A four-year Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- A Grade-Point Average (GPA) of at least 3.00 on a scale of 4.00 or its equivalent.
- Successful completion of at least one college-level calculus course covering both differentiation and integration.
- Proficiency in computer skills demonstrated by completing at least one course in areas such as data processing, programming, or information systems.
- Minimum one year of full-time work experience. However, this requirement may be waived for applicants with exceptional academic records or those serving as graduate assistants or research assistants.
